Corporate Investigative Services

Matt possesses merited credibility, having worked his way from a GS-7 Special Agent to the Director of one of the largest federal law enforcement agencies in the country, honing his skills at each rung in the process. Emblematic of his ethical, servant-leader approach, Matt has consistently improved the performance of the agency while increasing employee morale and job satisfaction. Through his steadfast leadership, Matt successfully changed the culture of the operational environment to one that values inclusion, input, innovation, and abolished the fear of failure amongst his employees.  Employee development is the cornerstone of his approach to management, and throughout his career he prioritized the identification and development of future leaders at all levels of the organization—both informally and formally—to include overseeing the creation and implementation of numerous supervisory and leadership training programs, and serving as a mentor to dozens of senior executives.
